How to copy and paste text between
programs on your PC
1) Marquee select (click and drag) to select the text to be copied
(such that the paragraphs are highlighted in blue)
2) Right-click anywhere on top of the blue highlighted area
3) Select COPY from the menu which appears (this places the text on
your computer's clipboard)
4) Open new program
5) Place your cursor where you want to paste the text in the new
program. (Or place your cursor inside a text area of a help desk
ticket or online form) Right-click and select PASTE from the menu that appears.
The text will appear.
