Activating hyperlinks in your ticket dialogue makes information easier to access, specifically if the topic is referred to on a regular basis.

You can format text and make hyperlinks active on your help desk ticket. While we certainly don't require that you activate links for us, you may find it helpful to do so for your own benefit.  Specifically if you are providing us samples of different website styles for website production.  Often, you may refer back to these links during the discussion.  It's helpful to go there directly with the link at your fingertips.

If your browser gives you a scripted window block error:

You can enable scripted windows in MS Explorer from the Tools Menu.  Follow steps 1 through 5 in the graphic below.  Note:  This setting does not affect your pop-up blocker security settings.
